Originally Chaldean (black Irish Culds/Sumerian) mysteries of native American esoteric metaphysics was later rebranded as Kabbalah by Hasidic Jews 4.0. Originally there are 13 sephiroth of the world tree of life whereas in Kabbalah it is 11, 10 + 1 daat/knowledge. I would also equate it with the truth/ma'at (Egyptian)/amt (Hebrew), because the truth is known through experience. It is the sense of truth that is at the centre of one's being which describes first and foremost the state of peace i.e. that part of us that does not change from moment to moment but remains unchanged constant around which our sense of self is formed.
She is really good at explaining spirituality buried in the religious dogmatic verbosity and mind numbing rhetoric.
