Does Josephus prove a historical Jesus? | Freethought Nation
Right, Josephus was a Jewish sellout, mind you he had little to no choice at that, working for the Romans, rewriting history of the Jews and everything else to please the imperial Roman victors.
"Moreover, the evidence points to the appropriate biblical term as “Chrestians,” not “Christians.” In this regard, if we look at the Codex Sinaiticus (Acts 11:26), one of the earliest extant manuscripts of the Bible, dating to the fourth century, we can see that the original word is “Chrestians,” with the “e” or eta (Η) erased and replaced by an “i” or iota (Ι)."

1. It was not quoted or referred to by any Christian apologists prior to Eusebius, c. 316 AD.
2. Nowhere else in his voluminous works does Josephus use the word "Christ," except in the passage which refers to James "the brother of Jesus who was called Christ" ("Antiquities of the Jews," Book 20, Chapter 9, Paragraph 1), which is also considered to be a forgery.

6. It is not quoted by Chrysostom (c. 354-407 AD) even though he often refers to Josephus in his voluminous writings.
7. It is not quoted by Photius, Patriarch of Constantinople (c. 858-886 ad) even though he wrote three articles concerning Josephus, which strongly implies that his copy of Josephus' "Antiquities" did not contain the passage.
8. Neither Justin Martyr (110-165 AD), nor Clement of Alexandria (153-217 AD), nor Origen (c.185-254 AD), who all made extensive reference to ancient authors in their defence of Christianity, has mentioned this supposed testimony of Josephus.
9. Origen, in his treatise "Against Celsus," Book 1, Chapter 47, states categorically that Josephus did NOT believe that Jesus was the Christ.
10. This is the only reference to the Christians in the works of Josephus. If it were genuine, we would have expected him to have given us a fuller account of them somewhere."

Some claim that they have used the ibogaine, a naturally occurring psychoactive substance found in plants in the Apocynaceae family, as a way to contact the dead relatives, on the moon, however, the hallucinogenic trip required is very intense, long lasting, takes about three days, and is not very pleasant from what i heard.

Together with the colour white, representing innocent spiritual purity of the soul, the black and red for the sacred colours of the ancient Egyptian high priests, with the formal state colours being red, white and blue; the red crown for the life-giving fertile delta of the Lower Egypt, the white crown for the desert sands of the Upper Egypt, and the blue war crown. A colour tradition that can be still seen today in many nation's flags.

First modern English translation of the old English document known as the Magdalene gospel. The single copy of this manuscript was found miss catalogued under a different title (either by mistake or more likely on purpose in order to hide it) at the Magdalene College library, University of Cambridge, hence the name, others have also refereed to it as "The Pepysian Gospel Harmony", however the standard description for this manuscript is MS Pepys 2498.

The Three Pyramids of Egypt aligned both to the Orion's belt and to, and more accurately, the constellation of Cygnus. The big star Deneb in the tale of the Swan is where the entrance to the underground cave is, the existence of which was denied until recently by the Egyptian Supreme Council of self-appointed "experts," located underneath a bird temple, where numerous mummies of birds where found, at the north-west side of the Giza Necropolis, leading to the Great Pyramid, as an emergency escape route perhaps. Google surface penetrating satellite imaging has also confirmed it.
The three pyramids are aligned so that when the three brightest stars of Cygnus were rising at the spring equinox becoming visible right at the top of all three pyramids, making it look like they had a bright light set atop. Hence the three wise men with slight variations in sizes and alignments along with the appropriate the rising of the phoenix metaphor.

Oh my me! That's me in the video, on a few occasions when Jeff Mann does his presentation talking about the InterAccess Gallery in Toronto, starting around 12:12, when he is talking about the Amsterdam -- Toronto conjoined dinner.
It was live webcast which was projected on the walls at the end of both tables, thus table in Amsterdam upon reaching the wall showed the live video feed of the table in Toronto continuing the intercontinental festivities, and the other way around in Toronto.
The dinner was also served via remote-controlled mechanical arms that poured wine, clinked glasses, and tossed salads by the Amsterdam hosts for our Toronto diners and vise-versa.
During the dinner, Dmytri and others were talking through a robotic fish on the table which was opening its mouth with a speaker inside every time someone spoke in the microphone.
I was the chef in charge of the Toronto side of the table cooking for the dozen or so people seated around it, i made all bunch of Russian dished from what i remember for the occasion. I have almost forgot about it until now. After this event i was invited to do a Russian food night at MeMe Cafe in Cobourg, Ontario.
Then the following segment at 12:19 shows me playing guitar in a green plaid shirt with a green mohawk. Awesome, good memories. It was much fun living in Toronto in the late nineties, so much art was happening it was unreal. Some days there were 20-30 art opening and all were better then the other. Then all hell broke loose when the evil, crazy zombies from the outside got loose and invaded the downtown core.
In the early naughties, many of the notorious InterAccess and Idiosyntactix artists, including the Idiosyntactix founder Dmytri Kleiner, have fled to Europe, primarily to Berlin, which became a sort of Toronto art scene in diaspora. Good old times! 8)

"NASA's Langley Research Center has collated data proving that “greenhouse gases” actually block up to 95 percent of harmful solar rays from reaching our planet, thus reducing the heating impact of the sun. The data was collected by Sounding of the Atmosphere using Broadband Emission Radiometry, (or SABER). SABER monitors infrared emissions from Earth’s upper atmosphere, in particular from carbon dioxide (CO2) and Nitric oxide (NO), two substances thought to be playing a key role in the energy balance of air above our planet’s surface."

i remember reading somewhere that the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is about 0.03%.
As far as the green house effect is concerned, i think there is not enough evidence of its existence at all in actual scientific proof beyond wild theories and speculations.
The whole argument structured on the CO2 and the so-called green house effect is a house of cards built on hypothesis and not valid scientific theory.
In my opinion as far as i have researched this topic so far. However the article is interesting read and all sides of the argument can make a positive contribution to determine where the truth lies.
